We ship for free throughout the Domestic U.S. Please contact our team for any international orders.
How long do orders usually take to ship?
Orders are usually shipped within 2-6 weeks. Each rug is custom-made for
each order. As a result, increased order volume can result in shipping
delays. Please contact our team if you have experienced a delayed order.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on purchases for 7 days after your order is received. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Are there any fees associated with returns?
Customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning their rug and any necessary packaging.
What is the return policy for damaged items?
Henry & Jane Rug Company will accept returns for damaged items if a request is made
within 7 days of receiving the product. Whitaker will replace the order or refund the purchase.
