My rug is not the exact color I ordered. Is this a defect?
The images displayed on our website show the most accurate color possible. Differences in your screen settings may cause variation between the image and the product. Additionally, each product,
especially natural fiber, is unique. It is common to have slight color variation across rugs. Please navigate to our Contact page if you believe your rug was not the correct color.
My rug is not the exact size I ordered. Is this a defect?
Rug sizes can slightly vary from published dimensions. Henry & Jane Rug Company strives to provide accurate rug measurements, but please be advised that some variation exists within rug sizing. Can I cancel my order?
You cannot cancel your order once it has been processed. Please Contact our Team to check if your order has been processed. Rugs are eligible for return up to 7 days after receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and packaging.

Does Henry & Jane Rug Company provide a warranty?
Henry & Jane Rug Company does not provide a warranty. Rugs can be returned up to 7 days after receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and packaging.
My rug has sprouts.
Rug sprouts are common, especially in natural fiber products. Loose fibers, or sprouts, can be removed using small scissors. Avoid pulling the sprouts, as this can damage the rug.
My rug is shedding.
All rugs shed. Certain materials, such as wool, shed more than others. Shedding will subside over time, especially with regular vacuuming.
My rug is fading.
Fading is a common occurrence in rugs. Rugs should be rotated every 3-6 months to avoid uneven coloration.
